I'm Julia — a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. Whether we're in the office, on a trail, or working through something hard, my job is the same: walk with you until you know the way yourself.

I work with individuals, couples, organizations, and clinicians. Whether you're carrying something heavy, trying to understand yourself better, or leading a team that's lost its footing — I bring the same trauma-informed, affirming lens to all of it.

My practice spans therapy, psychological assessment, professional training, and organizational consulting. No matter the context, I always start with curiosity.
