Good organizational work starts with the right words. Let’s lose the jargon and use real language that captures what people are experiencing.

I'm a psychologist by training, which means I've spent my career paying attention to what's actually happening underneath — in individuals, in relationships, and in the systems people build together. That lens doesn't stay in the therapy room. It's exactly what organizations need when things get stuck.

I believe in being direct, staying curious, and uncovering the root issues that create stumbling blocks for businesses. I’m passionate about helping team members find the right words for what they are experiencing, so we can start creating change. Organizations I work with tend to say it doesn't feel like a typical consulting engagement because I bring a human lens, not a corporate one.
